Managing the Flow Behind Every Live Broadcast
onairfluxo.info was founded to give Australian broadcast studios a structured way to manage on-air energy, live pacing and camera transitions — the invisible craft that makes a broadcast feel effortless.

Our Story
onairfluxo.info began in a Sydney control room, where a small group of technical directors kept noticing the same problem: talented crews losing the energy of a broadcast during the transitions between segments. What started as informal coaching between shifts grew into a structured curriculum for flux monitoring, live pacing and camera choreography.
Today, onairfluxo.info works with news studios, sports broadcasters and live entertainment sets across Australia, helping crews turn on-air energy management into a repeatable, teachable discipline rather than a matter of chance.

What We Stand For
Energy
We treat on-air energy as a measurable, trainable skill — not a matter of luck on the night.
Precision
Every camera transition and pacing cue is drilled until it becomes second nature for the crew.
Continuity
We build repeatable systems so studios can sustain flow across every episode, not just the pilot.
Craft
Our trainers have worked the gallery floor themselves and teach from real broadcast experience.
