Payment Terms

All payments for our courses on on-air flux and broadcast energy must be made in Australian dollars via approved methods including credit card, bank transfer or other options specified at checkout. Full payment is required prior to course commencement unless otherwise arranged.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in cases of course cancellation by onairfluxo.info or documented technical issues preventing access. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

Cancellations

• Cancellations by participants more than 7 days before start date receive a 50 percent refund.
• No refunds apply for cancellations within 7 days or after course start.
